The 3Com AP9152 single-radio access point has one radio running at 2.4 or 5 GHz allowing it to support 2.4 GHz 11b/g/n or 5 GHz 11a/n wireless connections. As a fit AP, these APs can be managed via a 3Com WX 3000, WX 5000 or wireless controller modules for selected 3 Com chassis to get all the features that high end enterprise customers are looking for. The wireless controller has the ability to automatically detect the AP when plugged in and auto-configure them, manage the RF environment, support fast roaming required for low latency voice communication and allows for redundancy and fast backup.
