The CTS2600 RAID controller modules combine industry-leading development and quality with leading host interface and drive technology, in its newly introduced external storage system platform. The CTS2600 RAID controller module, with next-generation 6Gb/s SAS back-end technology, provides organizations with an easier path to consolidated and efficient storage improving performance, flexibility, scalability, and ultra-low power consumption while not sacrificing simplicity, affordability, or availability. With four 6Gb/s SAS native host interfaces, the CTS2600 RAID controller module can also support four additional 6Gb/s SAS, eight 1Gb/s iSCSI, or eight 8Gb/s FC host ports. This flexible and multi-purpose dual-protocol approach allows organizations to implement a variety of configurations from high performance and low-cost rack-integrated solutions with SAS to a SAN environment for larger consolidation and virtualization projects.
