Its state-of-the-art design is ideal for today s standards-based management of LAN/WAN networks, providing an internal Ethernet LAN adapter with a standard 10Base-T connection for SNMP management. While the 7612 provides a non-disruptive in-band SNMP management channel over a DDS leased circuit, it can also provide SNMP management over frame relay with a connection from the 7612's 10Base-T Ethernet port to a hub. Paradyne s 7612 is a versatile SNMP-managed DSU in any network architecture, from leased-line, to frame relay, to campus (LADS) networks. Providing standard connectors for all equipment and management connections, the 7612 eliminates the need for adapter or custom-made cables. Simple, easy-to-follow installation and setup instructions are provided to help remove the complexity from wide area networking.
