SIIG's Low Profile 1394 Adapter is designed to add 3 IEEE 1394a ports (2 external and 1 internal) to your space-constrained desktop computer. It delivers data transfer rates of up to 400Mb/s, supports both asynchronous and isochronous data transfer modes, and allows you to hot-swap devices (connect and disconnect) without first turning your system off.
