It can be deployed in standalone configurations or with soft switches to enable a variety of packet voice services in network architectures using the Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), PacketCable Trunking Gateway Control Protocol (TGCP), H.323, and the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).
